Header Clearance Question for ZL1 Camaro
Hey guys, I'm sure this has been beat to death, but not sure if asked this way.
I'm looking of course for the best set of 2" headers for my 2020 ZL1 camaro, however, due to the track use, am curious on any feedback/experience on which one's may provide the best clearance 'underneath' the car? Obviously, looking for straightforward bolt on, not to close to anything where possible, but also don't want them 'hanging down' real low. Thanks in advance! Best regards, Dave

I can only comment on the Kooks 2" headers since that's what I have, they do hang 1-2" lower than the stock manifolds connection pipes.

2 inch ARH headers here. No clearance issues with the LTs.

Should be adjusting my tips soon and I’ll check for road rash on my CSP 2”. They sure did go on easily, a bit close to this aluminum brace going across the bottom of the car, but marvelous everywhere else

Honestly, it would be best to contact several of the shops that install the major brand headers and ask them. They would have the most experience with several different brands for comparison. CSP tends to install mostly CSP headers, Vengeance installs mostly Kooks headers, not sure about Jannetty or some of the other top shops.

I have 2" ARH headers and tbey do hang low, but I track and haven't had am issue. I do have to say I have scraped on high speed bumps and also if I catch big air on the back roads.
