HVAC fan adjustment, is slow to respond normal?
I notice when I turn the dial to make the fan speed higher or lower it seems to take a few seconds before the speed changes. The digital readout above the dial changes right away, as does the pop up on the main screen. Just seems to take a couple seconds if I say change the fan speed from one bar, to say four bars (on that small digital readout). It's not a big deal, it's just not instantaneous like my other car. I was just curious if this normal?

I have not tried it but suspect it is normal. The fan motor probably has PWM speed control. Turning the dial is probably just sending a digital signal to the speed control module. The speed at which the ramping up and slowing down occurs is preset in the module. My guesses.

it is normal, or at least in GM vehicles...My SRX does the same thing, take a sec to adjust higher or lower.
