Hey guys... pretty excited about this one... I was joking with a buddy a while back, on how much collectively we had both spent on the OEM one time use supercharger bolts... and it would over $850 between the two of us...
![]() Which motivated me to see if ARP had a kit we could use.... but they didn't. So after a few weeks of design, and discussion, we decided to bring these to market ourselves. ARP will be making these exclusively for us, using their custom 450 age hardened stainless steel, just like the majority of their other SS products. The final product will be a beautiful 12 point head in polished stainless steel with thick chamfered washers, just like we provide in our upgraded LID hardware found HERE. Each bolt has been lengthened to allow for 28% more thread contact for more torque to thread distribution and up to 60% more clamping force should you wish to increase the final torque values from 8-13ftlbs. The real benefit here, is no longer needing to throw away the cheap OEM one time use bolts that GM was so kind to provide us, and allow us to purchase over and over again... That way for those who decide the PORT the blower, upgrade INJECTORS, upgrade your HPFP, install a thermal blanket, or complete a H/C package... you can now clean, inspect and reuse with much more confidence. Anyway, just thought this was cool news, and something I wish I had access to from day.1 with this car... better late than never I suppose? Thanks guys, I am super excited for these also... But I also wish someone else would have done this 3 years ago, so I could have saved $500+ on trash bolts

At the current size, they won't...
Although it seems the FI kit and 2650 / port kits all provide there own bolts... I am getting alot of interest to provide these 12-point SS bolts to fit (aiming for more thread engagement also) might be the next part of this project at least...
