Need SS Heater Hose Bracket PN?

Does anyone have a GM part number for the LT1/SS Inlet/Outlet heater hose bracket that bolts to the front upper part of the passenger head and holds the heater hoses off the exhaust manifold? It could be used on the ZL1/LT4 too? It has been impossible to find a PN even after talking to my local dealership parts department. A picture of this bracket from the 2017 service manual is attached. I am missing this bracket and could use one?!? Thanks!

Looks pretty simple in design, couldn't you just make something that does the same thing?

Yep, I could fabricate something, but it also couldn't be too expensive, even directly from GM ;-) I was hoping to find the PN and order one. Easier than making something..... but I'll do that, if I strike out on a PN.
