I have a bad vibration while under throttle, it stops when I let off. I thought I was just really out of alignment or the belt in the tire messed up, but I’ve eliminated those possibilities. I lifted the car from under the spring cups and got the wheel speed up and it still shakes. I’m thinking it has to be a bad CV. Will a 5gen axle fit a 6gen ?

Check the bolts on the flange where the cv connects to the differential. There were issues with too short of bolts being used or torque issues causing the bolts to loosen and back out.
