Diff Squeal low speeds *Video

Anyone had an issue where sounds like rear diff squeals once its been driven for about 20+ minutes and then put into low speeds (5mph and under). The dealership is dragging azz. I couldn't replicate on a test drive because it needed to be driven longer. But yet I hear it after every single drive I take.

I've changed the diff fluid 3x in the 9k miles on the odometer.
Is it the rear axle seals to the diff? Can I lube these?
