Spark plug wires. Leave stock
Unless you like the color, or are installing headers and have to remove them anyway. The factory spark plug wires are already of a spiral core design and measure .9k ohms. The well known manufacturer aftermarket wires are 1.5k ohms. The passenger side is quite a pain to do with limited tools many have at home. Factory wires had 10,000 miles on them.

I'll give GM credit...their spark plug wires have been solid even since 4th gen days.
