4 or 5 Point Harness with Stock Seats

Has anyone found a way to safely and properly use a harness bar and either a 4 or 5 point harness with the stock seats? Or is it safest just to use the 3 point system that comes with the car?

Thanks for any input, pics are helpful if you have done this.

safer with stock belts or run a race seat with 5 or 6 point harness

without a seat that has the holes for a harness it is accually less safe to run a harness on a stock seat then the 3 point on the stock seat

I just installed the Schroth 3pt ASM. It allows one to use the stock seat and this past weekend was my first time using it.

Worked perfectly and snugly held me in. Didn't have to brace myself at any point. The only issue is I had to reverse my headrest. (The straps pull you back into the seat and the forward angle of the headrest pushes one's head forward and down.)

This is just my experience... not recommending anything as it's a safety device.
