MORIMOTO XB LED HEADLIGHTS

Does anyone know if these headlights work for a 2019 ZL1? Phastek shows them as compatible. But I have yet to see anyone with anything 2019+ showing pics of them installed.

They do work on the 19+ ZL1, I have them installed on my 19 Z, though there is a caveat with these headlights. The DRL high and low brightness modes do not function the same as the OEM which bugged me a fair bit. I’m an electrical & mechanical engineer by trade so I made my own harness by modifying the provided harnesses to factory halogen equipped cars into my needs. They work totally great otherwise, but if you want the high and low DRL brightness functions to work the same way as factory you’ll need to modify the harnesses. I have a post in the DIY section on how I approached it step by step, it’s a few years old now but should still hold up.

Happy to help, good luck on the install the bumper is a whole lot of screws and bolts to keep track of but definitely worth the effort. The headlights are a night and day difference from factory in terms of visibility, the OEM housings aren’t bad but these blow them away.

I was looking for lighting upgrades as I have a Cadillac
XT6 with the upgraded lighting. The Morimoto XB LED lights far surpass the light output of stock.
