Half Open Throttle body

Howdy everyone, hope all is well! So I have a 2017 Chevy Camaro 2SS with about 63k miles. Me and a friend went to change the intake for the first time since getting the car back in 2020. Once we removed everything that was supposed to be removed he noticed my throttle body was half open. (The Camaro was not on at all.) I am wondering does it suppose to be open like that or I may have an issue going on there? Picture is included below and I will try to get a video as well posted.

That looks completely closed to me. Could be the picture. Plus it is fly by wire and if it was at 1/2 throttle the computer would freak out.

Apparently it was not closed. He even closed it with his hand and it went right back to that position.

ECM controls it, so if its not in the right position, you would get a Check Engine Light. So, I'm sure you are fine.
