Carbon add-ons is a quality company
So often we're quick to discredit companies that we have discrepancies with and this post is just the opposite of that. I ordered a beautiful new carbon fiber steering wheel off of carbon addons.com for what felt like half a mortgage payment and unfortunately after 6 weeks of waiting due to a misunderstanding on both our parts it did not come out as intended.
After having a mini crisis and contacting carbon add-ons they were willing to make it right and all I have to do is pay for return shipping. When you're spending $1,300 on a steering wheel and it doesn't come out the way you want, it gives you warm and fuzzies inside to know that there are companies out there willing to do what's right to make the customer happy. I assumed that the reflective blue was the brighter blue that you see pictured in their picture and unfortunately it was the blue that you see in my picture. Thankfully that is what they're willing to make right. Kudos to carbon add ons.

Mine took a little longer than expected but they always responded to my emails. It came out very nice though. Glad to hear they are taking care of you.

I have the shifter from them and just ordered the armrest, also have a few other interior pieces from them. Quality work.
The way I understand the reflective colors is that it is flaked whereas the regular blue will come out like the one in their picture. |
