2023 SS rear groaning noise on straights

I have a 2023 Camaro SS, non 1LE and at about 18500 miles I started to get a groaning noise from the rear end of the car when driving it. I read on here about all the issues with the 16-18 groaning noise on turns, but this is happening while driving straight and even after the car is warmed up. I get a very loud groaning noise in both drive and reverse regardless of the speed I'm going that does not go away at all. I took it into the dealership yesterday and they said that GM says this is normal, which it obviously isn't. I'm thinking it's the rear diff. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone know of a TSB I can point them towards besides TSB #17-NA-287?

are you yourself capable of changing the diff fluid? It's not hard to do but you need ramps or a jack and jackstands...

I am capable of changing the diff fluid myself but since it's still under warranty I'd rather have it on dealership record in case something breaks down the line and I'd rather not pay for fluids on something that shouldn't even be happening on a new car especially if that still doesn't fix it. Isn't the diff a little tedious too cause the drain plug is ontop and you need a siphon or something?

Changing the Diff fluid is super easy and will NOT void your warranty... Drain plug is on the bottom, fill plug is higher, make sure you can open the fill plug prior to draining... Once everything is open, drain, put in the drain plug and pump fluid in the fill hole slowly until it starts to overflow, remove fill hose, install fill plug and you are done... Just keep your receipts for the fluid (and buy the OEM GM fluid)... Takes about 1.3 qts, I bought 4 quarts and changed mine at 505, 1,500 and 5,975 miles and had just enough... Changed it again at 9,468 and I think I am good until 20,000 or so...

Thank you! On further inspection it might not be the diff. Whatever it is is making contact with the exhaust so it's hard to tell where it's actually coming from since it travels halfway down the car. It sounds more like a groan than a rattle but I'm going to check that it's not anything with the stock exhaust before I do the diff flush
