Sorry for the click bait, but I wanted to know...
Who would be interested in a CF lid for the LT4 Super Charger? I am in conversation with a prominent CF manufacturer and debating whether or not this would be of interest to the LT4 community. A few things we already know... 1. Would not be full carbon, the LT4 lid would likely need a billet bolt flange to incorporate the recessed gasket. 2. The interior would likely need a Ti plate for protection from hot air coming direct from the rotors. 3. This would likely be a taller lid with lots of curves (no flat top design) 4. The lid would be good for up to 40psi 5. The lid would be lighter than OEM 6. The lid would have the best resistance to heat soak and would likely help your IAT's a small amount. 7. The lid would pick up power (perhaps 10-20rwhp) 8. Cost would be around $1,000 +/- With that said, who would want one?

Didn't WeaponX post a dozen threads on this a couple years ago and decide not to build these? Sure would be cool... no pun intended.
