Installing NPP exhaust

Hello guys, I currently have a completely straight piped system with long tube headers and x pipe connection kit. Came to the conclusion that it’s a bit too loud for my taste. I have my stock dual mode exhaust, and was wondering if cutting the section that has no muffler and re installing my NPP exhaust will affect my tune at all? That’s the only thing I’m worried about. Thank you.

Don’t see how it could affect the tune really. It might pick up a couple of hp with the stock muffler increasing back pressure instead of straight thru exhaust.

I don't see it affecting the tune at all. As far as power gains, I picked up a lot by removing the cats, resonators, muffler, adding 3" pipes and custom cutouts. But I'm boosted, which makes some difference in my experience from being NA. Also, it is loud AF, which I like, but I know you're trying to get away from. I know you didn't ask about gains or losses, but... ayy knowledge is power! *high fives* ...

Anyway, yes, go for the NPP. You'll have no tune issues
