HF foldable shop crane, got one?

HF foldable shop crane, got one?

Do you got the 1ton or the 2ton foldable one?

How easy is it to move?

I asked for a 1ton but got the 2 ton for xmas and its in two boxes.
I can barley drag either of them. let alone lift.

Im thinking I want the 1 ton instead maybe

Not sure if bigger is better in this case.
Have no idea how Im gonna move it around empty, let along with a engine on it. Gonna be like pusing a car.

Oh its even worse. I bother to look closer and I got the 2ton non foldable.
Which is 84lbs heavier then the 1 ton

No wonder my back hurts.

Gonna suck taking this gift back for exchange.........

1 ton foldable 166lbs
2ton foldable 228lbs
2ton 250lbs

Go with the 2 ton foldable when you exchange it, the heavier load rating lets you extend the boom out farther. The extra length comes in handy when woking on cars with long noses.

I have one of those. It stands in the corner most of the time but when you need it, you have it. If you don't think you will use it much you might be better off renting it when you do need it.

Ended up having to just keep it.

Somehow they walked out with a 2ton nonfoldable for $30 less then a 1ton cost.

To exhange it for a 2ton foldable it would cost $80-$90 more.

I guess I just take it apart when not needed.

But

Great Googly Moogly

I got a wild hair and put it together in the living room last night.

Its like parking a car in the house.
Like some sort of frat prank.

Here is the 2ton mess, the place is trashed.
Boxes n crap all over from xmas; everything was assembly required this year and big. [with 6mm airsoft BBs all over the place, the new vacuum will love em or die.]
