Grab Handle for Passenger while on Track?

Does anyone have any ideas on the what the passenger can hold onto while on the track? Recently I had a passenger with me and they complained they had nothing to hold onto and after a while started feel nausea.

Thoughts on what others might be using to solve this problem? I was told in the Z06 there is a handle of some sort to hold onto but the ZL1 does not offer anything?

I found this but not sure it will work?

Thoughts?

Maybe the suggestion of taking some Dramamine before the event?

Not sure how well a handle like that would work out...

I think if there is a complaint I have with the car it’s that there is no grab handle for the passenger also. I noticed this right away with quite a few passengers.
Following.

This is a common complaint. My wife has certainly voiced it. A previous suggestion was for the passenger to move their seat up so that they could brace themselves with their feet better.

I rode in one recently and had the same issue. Suction cup gizmo won’t work for most events down here since nearly all require windows to be down. I’m thinking after a few laps with me the passengers will want out anyway.....

Nausea is very common for passengers on track and will happen with or without a grab handle.

As mentioned moving the seat forward and keeping it low is a help.

Personally I find the woman grab for the roof usually screaming. And I’m not even on a track or ripping on the car that hard

It would be nice. My instructor at my first event got us flagged into the pits after multiple warnings to keep his hand and arm inside the car. He was instinctively bracing by extending his arm/elbow and "chickenwinging" down on the door to hold his body in position.

When we got the flag, he thought it was because I briefly (1-2 seconds) went off the paved area on a turn with my driver's side wheels (no spin out or problem, just learning) When we got to the pit, he felt a bit sheepish when he found out he was the problem.

My thinking is don’t carry a passenger on the track unless required to do so(instructor)!

The only ride along event I did was at Atlanta Motor Speedway back in 2007 for 3 laps around the track at speeds over 160 mph and I was strapped into the passenger seat just like the driver. Those 3 laps I had a death grip on the rollcage in that old NASCAR racecar which was fun to say the least!

You won't find much as it would interfere for the front and side airbag systems, another reason why vendors won't make anything. I think what you're after is a grab handle you'd see in many modern off road side by sides, I.E. Polaris RZR, etc.

They only thing I would think is to have a local fab shop make something and bolt it to the seat mounts, but again...big liability in the event of an accident.

Does the car already have harnesses?

I would agree that it would be nice to have a handle for the passenger my wife would like that. I find it funny to watch the passenger scrabble for an oh shit handle. Haha
