Which mid pipe?
If the AFM is tuned out, can you use the aftermarket mid pipes designed for manual cars without AFM? It seems like the price difference between the two is substantial. I just wanted to be sure no codes or trouble would occur if the valves are complete removed.

Yep. The AFM section is the only difference...other then that they fit the same. Just make sure to have AFM valves turned off and disabled in the tune, then you can delete them.

Yes, you'll need to tune them out. Be carefully when buying long tubes and catbacks. A lot of systems out there are not designed to work with each other and most need to be welded together to work.
We can help out when you're ready. |

Do not get tsp mid pipes. There bullshit. Didn't know when i bought them that you have to reuse your old exhaust or weld a 2 foot pipes to make up the gap. Dumb as hell. I had to go to muffler shop to have them remove the stupid pancaked pipes from stock exhaust. So not saving any money unless you have stuff to weld with.
