The White Whipple
Hey fellas! Well, yet another SS with a PD blower! I went with the Whipple and since my car came with the Ceramic White interior, I decided to go full Miami Vice and have the Whipple ordered with the matching white blower. HUGE thanks to DynoSteve of RDP Store for the great price on my Whipple, NextGen Performance of Spencer, MA for the beautiful installation work. Car drives like stock even with a 5" CAI and bigger TB, absolutely flawless. Couldn't be more happy!

Car put down 608 HP and 610 TQ... on a Mustang Dyno! I suspect it would be a bump up if I ran it on a Dynojet. It's screaming for headers and a smaller pulley...! But regardless, totally pumped with how the car runs. Nice!
Make sure that you bring a race jacket (SFI 3.2A/1 or better) when you go to the dragstrip with that setup. NHRA rules specify that adding a supercharger requires that a jacket be worn, plus you should be running under 11.50 secs, so you'll need it for that as well. I have seen the track personnel at Epping being quite the hardass on this rule before, so just a heads up. |

wow nice!
how do you like your exhaust set up compared to Stock NPP? been heavily flirting with the idea on moving to what you have (exactly) but when I pulled the fuse for NPP it sounds good now, just on that fence..

I feel like the AWE Touring system is the best sounding exhaust out there, and I've heard a lot of them over the years! Everyone at my dyno day was raving about how it sounded. So I think it's worth the change. But if you live in a small neighborhood or quiet subdivision, you may not want to do it...lol
