4.10's are here!!!

well folks, looks like gears have been available for awhile now. Only downside is that it is really freaking expensive since its package deal. They sell them for both the auto and manual. check it out.

That has been around for a while now. You are changing the entire rear to a 9" which makes your thread title misleading. Most wanted gear options for the factory rear which will probably never happen since the ring gear is welded in place.

Exactly. This thing is the nuclear option. If you’ve spent the kind of money needed to necessitate a 9” to begin with, then another $5K isn’t the end of the world...

yea stupid expensive and kinda misleading title but they are 4.10's and it is a swap for 6 gen camaros. So, someone with money will eventually do it on a m6. However, no-one on here has EVER posted anything about it. Maybe someone would be down to try it.

TSP already did it with their M6 shop car...it went 9.80 NA with a SBE LT1. Has a GeForce 9" with 4.56 gears.

Not that I'm in the market at this price point, but purely out of curiosity I wonder why, when you go to the pulldown menu for gear ratio, there is a disclaimer that the 3:90 gears may have gear which e?

The Ford 9" has an aggressive pinion pitch and it has a unique mounting, and it has bearing on either side of the pinion, all this means it has a little more noise vs say a Dana, but it is heck of strong.
