Camaro V6 M6 Valve cover leaks?

Hello all!

I have a Camaro V6 M6 with 53000 miles, and I have an oil leak on both valve covers. I'm still in the powertrain warranty limit so I have an appointment with the dealer on Thursday, but I was curious if anyone else has had this happen with their V6?

Thank you!
Whiskey

Not good ones. It's a tough spot to get a camera.

As it turns out one valve cover gasket was leaking, on the other side it was the cam seal. All is covered by warranty.

Thank you,
Whiskey

Wow,.. it's 6 hours of labor to replace these gaskets. Check your valve covers before the powertrain warranty runs out guys.

Sooooo the dealership still has my car. I was supposed to get it back today but my guess is that they ran into some more trouble.

Seriously guys. Check your valve covers before that warranty ends. If I had to pay for a rental all this time it would be an issue.

I got an update on this, apparently it's 6 hours to do the valve cover gaskets, but you have to take the whole front of the engine off to do it. That part is an additional 16 hours of labor.
