tire size change & speedo
Will the computer correct for a tire/wheel change from 18" to 19"?
Or is the size change insignificant to the speedo?

Wheel size has no effect on the reading only overall tire diameter does.

Why that size, it's 1" bigger than stock 245/50/18.
https://tiresize.com/calculator/ You'll be a few mph off with that 1" taller tire.

If you're going from what you stated above. Those tires are 99.999% identical in diameter.
You're speedometer will not change. That being said, if the stock tire size is 245/50/18. Then that's 1 inch taller. You will be going faster than the speedometer displays.

correction to my first post
Hey guys thanks for all the great reply's I made a mistake stating my stock /factory tire size, it is 245/50/18 not (55), so with the change to
245/55/19 I'm seeing in the post above it will be off a couple mph's, faster or slower? Also the reason I'm going to 19" is I can get perfect stock factory rims from a 2015 for a trade deal(from the person that bought my 2015) I like those style polished rims. Here is a pic of the rims;
