Lowered car with long tube headers

I'm not sure if this would be the right section to post, but nonetheless, I was wondering if any of you lowered guys have come up with some kind of skid plate to keep long tube headers from scraping?

My car is fairly low, and my headers get scraped up all the time. I checked yesterday, and they're actually very slightly bent. Would fabricating a skid plate of some sort help, or am I just going to have to deal with it? lol

BTW, these kooks headers are DURABLE for the amount of abuse my headers have taken if anyones in the market for any haha.

If you don't mind me asking, how low is "fairly low"?

Just wondering for the question at hand since I'm looking into 2" LT's myself.

I'd have to measure out the clearance from the bumper to the ground, but just for reference, I maxed out my coilovers to the lowest they go. I believe its about 2 inches lower or more than stock height.
