my Maggie, I took my time. could have done it in a weekend (and that's not at a fast pace.) took me 2 weekends worth and some odds and ends during the busy week days. wanted to make sure I was doing it right and didn't miss a step. The only help I had was the harmonic pulley. It was a bear.

Did my procharger install (with race IC which probably takes more time since you need to remove one of the auxiliary radiators and cut a couple things.) in 5 hours 30 minutes. Granted that is with first preparing all my tools and having everything I could possibly need at my disposal at my shop. Followed every step to the T. And I’m also a mechanic though I’ve never installed one of these before. Not sure what a shop would charge but I would assume no more than like 7 hours assuming it’s the canned tune and not custom tune.

If you are planning on doing the install yourself, you can find the install PDF and actually study it before hand. Sounds ridiculous but I did that and it probably saved time.

Ok 6 hours on the procharger. My Chevy dealer will install a supercharger, the quoted me around $1900 not including oil and plugs, so just seeing what that works out to hourly.

I see that your in cali which means prices are 5x normal than any other state. IF your say from Ohio at an hourly rate of 95.00 an hour that's exactly 20 hours. so that's about right.

Highest I've seen here is $200 an hour from Cunningham down in SoCal. There is a local shop will do the install at $100-125 with a Camaro club discount. I haven't seen their shop yet though. Install and probably a remote tune from Jannetty, could be a fun summer this year.

My dealer is currently doing a Procharger on a Grand Sport, two ECS blowers in the last few weeks. I think I got my shop picked, back to picking the blower. I can never decide that one.

I have had guys do a ProCharger kit in like 5 hours rocking through it.
But I would say 6-8 taking your time is more average.

(which is inline with the person on here that posted saying 5:30)

We made it as easy as pie to install. That way you can spend the rest of your $$$$ you saved (and time) installing a meth system, or other goodies like exhaust or cam etc.

I don't think a week goes by that we don't have a car out getting tested.

We just have a LOT of applications to get tested, and LOTS of year cars.
(since we make so many dang kits across the "big three" )

Now that the 2015-2017 Mustangs are done.
I believe the current plan is for 5th Gen Camaros, and then C7's.
I don't know where 6th Gen Camaros fall into that.

The process is slow and tedious. But it works.
