Can I use a square set up on my SS for winter?

I have 4 Michelin X-Ice3 235/50/18 is great shape. They should fit with 18" wheels- I have standard brakes- not 6 pots.

Can I use these or will my stabilitrak go nutz?

I dont see why not, if they are winter tires and you have the proper wheel to mount them on and the wheels work and fit your car then your good to go.

They are a bit shorter than the factory tires so your speedometer and odometer will read a bit high but they should work.

If the rims fit than yes. Just -1,7% circumstance and +1,7% speed difference.

If it's icy or snowy, it's going to be hell getting traction with tires that narrow, even if you are careful (weight on narrow wheels only helps with tons of snow that you'll never get through with a lowered car anyway).
