Service airbag, stabilitrak, AND power steering after cam swap???

Okay guys (and gals)
Here we go. A little over a month ago I got a crazy idea after my converter went out: "why not just order a big converter, big cam, and bolt ons rather than stock parts?"
So boom, pulled the motor, replaced cam, converter, added long tubes, intake manifold, the whole 9.
Here's the issue: first startup, car starts, purring like a kitten. Look down and see "service power steering, service airbag, and service stabiltrak" lights on. I figured this may just be because the car was up in the air that the stabilitrack/ p/s lights would come on, but was clueless to the "service airbag" light. So I just clicked dismiss on the wheel, and gave everything a twice over.

Fast forward to the "first drive" on the new setup. Start car, clear all 3 lights, drive to the store (with a huge smile on my face might I add!).

Get back in the car, start it up. All the lights still on, but this time when I went to clear them, none of my steering wheel controls worked. Not the buttons, not the paddle shifters, not even the horn!

This wasn't my first cam swap in a 2016+ Camaro as I've done them for customers in the past (thank goodness theirs never had issues!!!)

I saw one thread on similar issues but now I can't find it. They had some sort of harness issues?

I've checked the grounds, checked all plugs (that I removed/ reconnected during the swap), and even tried the "just unplug the battery and hook it back up" method.

Can ANYONE help? I really have no desire to let the dealer loose in my 10 second car. That's almost out of the equation at this point, not to mention this is my only mode of transportation.

Notes: power steering still works 100% normal, traction control/ stabilitrack seems normal (cuts power unless I turn it off as it should). ...As for the airbag, well crashing the car to test that is a little overkill, so I don't know what's up with that one lol.
