New rear diffuser option

Hey guys, I wanted to gauge some interest for a new diffuser option. I'm working with Overkill Auto Garage and they've made a prototype. Its getting close to production but I'm curious what others think. Right now it's going to be available in fiberglass but carbon fiber may be an option.

Here are the preproduction pics.

Looks like this is for the dual exhaust? I’d be interested.

I cant wait to install it on the car. It wasn't the intention of the design but during the fabrication process we found that the gates need to be made separately. The nice part about that is that we can make the fins more or less aggressive. It cuts down on redesigning the entire part. Other than the center section, the rest is molded off of a stock diffuser.

It is a very aggressive design. Being new to the market, they want to make a big impact. Personally I've never seen a diffuser for a dual exhaust setup. If its popular enough, I'm sure they'd make a quad setup.

Here is a picture of it on the bumper. We are working on mounting tabs to make it fit perfectly.

My feedback is that this seems to be mostly aesthetic and not functional. For folks like me that try to avoid purely aesthetic pieces, that’s a no-go.

However, the flat portion on the bottom part of the diffuser where the fins attach to, should be removed or angled to correctly allow for flow and conversely, make these more than just aesthetic pieces. Also, some contouring that is advantageous to not only the look you are trying to achieve but also a blending in theme with OEM design intentions, would go a long way.

Yeah I would want a more functional piece as well.
