Life expectancy out of my 1LT V6?

I've been driving my V6 like I stole it since the day it rolled out the dealership. When I need to downshift 3 gears with my autostick / paddleshifters.. I do.. and do I find reasons to do that? oh definately. Is she ALWAYS at redline? nah, but she see's 4.5 - 5.5k RPMS fairly often and she's been broken into this world with hard accelerations, cornering and never sees anything under 70 on the freeway.

So.. with that stated... how likely is my A8 going to bomb with all my downshifting, especially with the autostick? and how much life should I expect out of this little motor?

I did the break in on mine, but I drive like you do. I'm in the 4-6000 range on a regular basis and do WOT redline pulls in 1st and 2nd gear at least twice a week.

This engine just begs to be revved and I think that is how it is designed to be driven.

OP, I drove and drive my car like you. Stop lights turn into staging lights quite often (obviously staying under the speed limit). If the engine was designed like I hope it was, I think this is how it is supposed to be driven. Now, if you are continually upshifting with no traction and bouncing the red line, it might take some life off. But if GM designed the Camaro, ANY model to be babied, i think they should re evaluate their market. I did not break mine in at all and it has been running like a gem! There are mixed opinions on this but I simply couldn't resist. I will be keeping mine until it kicks

I'm sure the car can handle it the one thing I would be concerned with on Direct Injected engine with a fair amount of high rev time would be oil blow by so I would think a catch can might be a good idea in that case hard to say....

Just stay on top of your maintenance. Can't stress that enough.

If you drive in high revs all the time and do some hard shifting it wouldn't be overdoing it to change your oil every 3,000 miles, your transmission fluid every 25k and your coolant every 50k.
