Navigation issues
Greetings all. I bought a 2017 SS earlier this year and had it delivered to my home in upstate NY. I recently returned home about 4 mos after purchase. My 3 mos of free Onstar is gone. Do I have to have Onstar to make the Nav work? I can't get it to work after reading the infotainment brochure several times. Appreciate any and all help. Peter

Unless you have a 2SS, then yes the NAV works via OnStar. Just use your phone, you can link a Apple phone with Carplay or Android with Android Auto and project the map onto the radio screen.
