So sadly I got hit by a rock thrown by a truck, and it hit my hood vent, then hood, then bounced off the windshield. What are the best methods to fix these?

For the hood vent, I've found a part number of 23403779 for the left hood vent, I assume left is drivers side, which is the one damaged. It doesn't say on That GM Parts Guy if it comes painted, I'm assuming it's only primer? Any way to get a black painted one without paying dealer prices? Another option is Phastek CF vents, but those are over 300 bucks, and the design isn't as good as OEM imo. Are there any other CF vent options?

For the hood, I'm thinking Dr. Colorchip. Are there any other ways to fix this? They are pretty deep scratches.

For the windshield, it's a pretty small chip. Do I even need to do anything about this? Hard to get a good pic to focus.
