Brakes without crazy DUST

I know this conversation has been out there with recommendations. With where I live I was priced around $600 to replace all 4 brakes with EBC Red brakes.... I asked if they had Power stop like suggested and they didnt. Does anyone have any suggestions on EBC brakes, Green, red, or yellow?

Order them online and swap them yourself. Super easy. If you don't have the tools or the know how, just find a local Camaro group and feed them beer.

Find a local shop and ask how much to install pads. Then order the PowerStop's online. I was quoted $125 to install but I decided to do it myself. That did not include turning the rotors which was not needed on my car.

I went a different route and just ordered Hawk Performance Ceramic Brake Pads yesterday. A friend of mine (also on this Forum) switched his out, and they have a better bite than stock, and are about 95% DUST FREE. Part Number HB726Z.582 (Front) ; and HB727Z.592 (Rear). Best price I could find for all four was $215 shipped. They should be here this weekend. Can't wait to change them out! I'm no mechanic either, but he has kindly offered to assist me. He said it was quite a simple switch out. Hope this helps.

As said, for less than $125 shipped you can get the Powerstop Z26 series pads for front and rear. Figure another $100 to a local person and you can be rolling again. Provided the rotors don't have a large amount of miles on them and dont have a lip on the edge you shouldn't need to turn the rotors.

What ones did you order for the front? When I select them on Amazon it says it doesn't fit my Camaro

That's because you apparently drive a 2106 Camaro.
I ordered these from Amazon and it says they fit the 2016 Camaro, though...

Yeah It says they don't but they do. The ones they say fit have the big round weights on them (which will technically fit). But I went with the Z26-147A and the Z26-1718.
