new tires at 4200 miles

and not from burnouts! Trying out Pilot Super Sports.

Differential is still making clunk noise first thing in the morning in reverse—I posted about this shortly after purchasing the car in March.

Also, had the red paint flake off of the “CAMARO” on both sides of the engine cover.

7200 miles on my F1’s, still have 2-3k left in them.
The Camaro lettering on my engine cover flaked off too.

Those look like they still have some more life in them! At least if it doesn't rain in your region.

Were you running the stock SS 1LE alignment?

How many events did you partake in?

well, I was into the wear bars. 1mm left tread depth according to the very professional looking depth gauge. they were shot.

plus, the car was snaking about in the rain here last week—I mean in a straight line on the freeway—we do get quite a bit in this area.

curious—anyone else have this issue with the early morning diff clunk?

by the way, are these simply tremendous cars or what?!

I have the clunk as well. Not really concerned though. Also happens when I leave work (sitting for 9 hours or so). Doesn't happen every time. I had the diff flushed at 3k and then checked the fluid at 5k to be sure the dealer topped it off.
