In need of help (deciding) Pics inside

I am very close on pulling the trigger on what type of wheels I'm looking to get. Granted I've spent alot of money on my car in the past 9 or so months. I also want to have the fitment/look of the 1LE. (assuming that its a direct fitment with the proper size tire (no rubbing)) That said, the choices are as follows:

1) keep the wheels stock, and eventually get better tires (grip is a big issue right now) I do like the looks of my stock ones.

or
2) Since Sledge posted a picture of his new HRE wheels I'm really digging them but 3,000 is a bit steep. I'm willing to spend the extra coin, but still on the fence... I will be tracking my car sometime. This is the wheel HRE FF04 in liquid black

OR

3) the MMR ZL1 1LE wheel that's up and coming.

4) I've even thought that the MMR ZL1 Replica's looks pretty decent in gloss black as well.

I bent a wheel at the track, would be pretty painful to do that to a HRE wheel.

As long as I'm spending your money, I'm going with the HRE.

I've got the HRE FF04's is n Tarmac on order but I was told beginning of June before they are made. Price is a little steep but I love the style more than anything else so far and the fitment is spot on for my 1LE.

Sure, bending any wheel can be painful, but you buy higher quality so that your wheels are less likely to bend in the first place.

oneredry - I'm sure you know what I'll pick, but I'm here to help out with any questions

from the sounds of it, it sounds like he bent one of his, I was curious as to which rim he was using. Wasn't very descriptive.

i would go with the hre wheels or factory 1le wheels from gm if you plan on tracking the car and with a 20x10 20x11 you can definately stick the factory 1le tire sizes of 285/30/20 305/30/20 on those bad boys!

Well I would like to join in but in a fair type of personal opinion.
I have a really good reason why you should choose our new MRR ZL1/1LE style.

Two things caught my attention,
1. you want to keep a similar look and drive as a ZL1 and 2 you may be tracking your car/
well to get a ZL1/1Le type of look I would highly go with our new model
which will be release in a couple of weeks, it is also a Flowforged wheel and comes with a life time structure warranty backed up by MRR to the fullest no questions ask.

also for track... well there is nothing better then a perfectly fitted
19" set up for the camaro platform. all other wheels you mention do not offer a 19" wheel that is made for the Camaro platforms.

just my honest opinion.

what ever you choose is your car buddy, slap some picture when is all done !!
