Looking for owner(s) of a 2017 ZL1 in Atlanta, GA area

I am interested in meeting up with an owner or owners of a 2017 ZL1 in the Atlanta, GA area. I am about to order mine, but need a few questions answered first. I am a big guy and am curious if the Recaro seats will be too narrow or uncomfortable for me. I also am concerned about head room with a helmet on. My 2012 SS/RS has a sun roof (not my choice) and my helmet rubs the headliner. So, I'm hoping one of you lucky & proud owners might let me sit in your car with my helmet on... I am retired, so my time is quite flexible.

Thanks for your time!

I'd be curious to hear your thoughts. I'm a big guy and have the same kinds of potential issues.

Big guy from Canada

I am 6'6", 290lbs and I fit in Zl1. I sat in one in Michigan before I ordered mine.
ZL1 seats aren't as big as Dodge SRT seats, but it will do.

I'm only 5'10", but currently 340lbs (down 11lbs since February). My seating preference is close to the steering wheel with the back of the seat at almost a 90 degree (not laid back gangsta style).

You're about my size. You'll fit just fine. The slight pinch of the performance seats goes away after a few minutes.

There are way more members than owners. Especially when you narrow it down to one part of the country. If you happened to pass through London, KY sometime, I'd be happy to meet you somewhere. I'm 5'9" 170 and the seats fit me perfect. I can feel the side bolsters on each side and they hold me in place during hard cornering. They aren't tight against my sides, they're just touching.

I just lost 85 lbs so I could fit. They are not as tight as the Z/28 but fit me perfect now 6' @ 245.

No wiggle room though but very comfy. Especially with the ventalated seat that immediately cools your seat and back all the way up to shoulder blades. Love that feature. Memory settings as well.

I would never get a sunroof on one of these (that's for Lexus and Cadillac). The head room is actually very good with plenty of room for my helmet, but I will say that the Recaros do not lay back very far which used to be the way to get around head clearance for very tall folks and I had to do that on my old ZL1. This one doesn't need it as much but I would like to get a bit more gangsta lean for touring mode.
