Hello Camaro6,

Yesterday I traded in my beloved 2015 2SS for a brand new 2016 2SS. I never did a build thread or journal on my 2015 and I should of so here goes the start of my 16!

I originally started my Camaro phase when I decided to trade in my convertible 328i for my 2015, but I made the mistake of purchasing one that basically only had the auto & a racing stripe. I very much disliked not having the RS package or any other goodies. That has now changed as my 2016 is basically loaded except the sunroof.

Here's a pic of my two beauties stock.





If you can't tell, I'm a big chevy fan. I am younger but have owned my fair share of other vehicles, but chevy's will where I usually end up.


I plan to keep the car mostly stock for now, it needs the black bowties as I don't know why in the world the dealer didn't order this option from the factory. I will most likely tint the windows something like 35% and black out the side markers in the near future.

Distant future is unknown, but open for interpretation.

Its a great car but looking at your other car and it must have sounded awesome!

My other car did sound good, but was quite loud. Almost a little too loud for my taste. Around town it was fine, but WOT it could be heard from a long ways.

I have the NPP now so I think i'll still do headers at some point & leave the NPP. Who knows, maybe I'll order the headers when my old wheels sell.

My first mod has been ordered, I bought the smoked tails and I am deciding on how I'm going to do the bowties black(thinking about just ordering inserts) and am probably going to order the stuff to tint out the side markers/third brake light.

I'm clearly out of my mind, but I just finished modding the truck with all its goodies and instead of leaving the Camaro alone it get's a blower.

ADM supercharger kit on the way!
