2019 camaro 1LE Bank 2 O2 issues

Hi everybody
I have 2019 Camaro SS 1LE with KOOKs long tune headers and KOOK performance CATS. I did not set the back O2s to "No Report" - well I have a permanent P0430 (Bank 2 - rear O2 sensor). looking at the data Bank 2 is not working - all over the map.
at idle - both O2 act the same but go around 2000RPMs - Bank2 goes wild. the only has 13K miles and these cats only have about 200 miles on them.
does anybody have any ideas why the bank 2 O2 sensor jumps around like this????
thanks
Bill

PS: bottom 2 line B1S2 & B2S2

Swap the right and left sensors and see if the issue follows the sensor. If it stays with bank 2, then you have a bad cat.
