18×8.5 j is32 ??

what do these numbers mean I know what 18x8.5 is (rim diameter vs width)
but what is the "j is32" mean id assume 32mm offset? but is that positive or neg offset and whats the j mean

I should note this is what is on my stock silver rims 1lt

I take it it means my rims are negative 32mm ? it doesn't explain what the is32 is
I get the j is rim bead style and 18*8.5 width and diameter
just not the is32
I know its probably meaning 32mm but not positive or neg offset

This application is a +32 offset if not mistaken.
