wanted hyper blue

I see that some of you must have access to a GM system computer as you are able to post cars that are available for sale on the lot or just searching the dealers inventory? I have had a couple dealers provide me with incoming cars etc. but none actually on their lots.

I am checking to see if anyone knows of a hyper blue, auto, PDR, exposed CF, and sunroof available within about a thousand or so miles of me (West Virginia). I have followed up on 2 that are my exact matches but gone before I can get money down on them or get to them.

It is such a good color. I did not think I would like it as much as I do since I like red. It is a good choice.

I had pretty good luck signing up for a ZL1 A10 search on Cars.com. Every day, I would get what is new car wise matching my criteria. If it had my color, I would drill into the dealer web site. If they had actual pictures of the car, I would look at the options and then call. Some listed are already taken, but I was able to put money down on one car only to decide immediately that I did not want to compromise with a sunroof. Still, the approach worked.

Yep been trying all the usual searches, one showing in KY no PDR or CF hood. Morespeed picked up the closest one minus the sunroof and I think that unavailableZL1 grabbed the one outside of Dallas. I was in the process of setting up the logistics to fly in and drive it home. Hell I would of been at the airport if I didn't read on here that he had already bought it, dealer didn't tell me. Ill keep the search going, will try the cars.com site to see if I get any updates.

Contact Chevy's customer support at 800-950-2438. When you select the option for interest in a new car (option 4, if I recall), then you'll be transferred to marketing. They can do some powerful searches. Some of the reps know how to do more thorough searches and find orders at the factory, not just cars already in dealer in inventory. They won't know if the order is for dealer inventory or a customer's order, and they may be hesitant to provide data on orders.

Dealers can do similar searches too. I had a local dealer who didn't have the car I wanted, but my sales guy went above and beyond to help me. He looked up a close match that was on order at another dealer. Dealer's helping find cars from someone else is likely rare though.

I keep looking too. That Hyper Blue is just so nice. I don't want a sunroof. Looking for A10, options don't matter to me but I'd love the exposed carbon hood.

What are you guys paying? I seesome of the lowest listed on cars.com floating around 63-66. Anyone getting better deals than that? Lower 60s?

When I called around on Cars.com cars, most of the dealers advertising the low dollars did not have the car available (already sold). They said we will order you another one (which most likely would be a 2018).

The few that had not exactly the car I wanted, 6-speed, with white and sunroof in FLA would give money off but some of the ads were for programs that I did not qualify for... so if I wasn't a farmer, with one arm blown off in the war, getting off a Ford Competitive Lease, I would not get the FULL discount shown. They would still be discounted so, it is worth calling if it is a car you might like.

I paid $1500 off MSRP for a Hyper Blue A10 without qualifying for any of the crazy discount categories. I did have supplier, but all of the dealers with cars said they would not honor it. Some might have done better, but I was very happy to get the car and knew they could say no to me and someone else would step right up.

The one at Vandergriff is a sold order.

Does anyone know if you can add the exposed CF hood insert? I thought I saw something about it (being costly if added later) but now cant find it through the search function? Found couple posts on it but no set price, will check with online prices for it if I can find part number.
May have found one , no CF insert or PDR.

Yes, you can buy through one of the GM Parts online "discount" sellers. I saw it for $1700- $1800 just for the exposed CF insert. That's a tough bullet to bite when it's $600 RPO.
