Need ideas on getting radio to work
2018 ZL1 bought as a theft recovery/rebuilt title. Thieves removed radio module and cables to antenna so it couldn’t be tracked via onstar.
Had a former Chevy tech give me part #’s for the modules and cables and after a sizable amount paid to him he said all that’s left is having the dealer program it. Tech at dealer says cables r wrong and correct ones no longer available. I’m over $3k trying to get this darn radio to work. Backup camera works as does Bluetooth, but no am/fm/xm and I think CarPlay doesn’t work either. I’m stumped now. Had no idea it was this costly to get the tunes back. Good hell. Ideas? |

I'm having a hard time believing that the cables are no longer obtainable nationwide.
Do you have any part numbers? I could probably trace some down for you. That's wild, car isn't even 10 years old yet and they are already on that discontinuation crap.
