C7 with headers, MSD and tune makes 500 rwhp?

Sounds about right to me. Transmission would also make a difference, whether it's A8 or M6. Throw in some head work and I bet you'd see 530-550.

520 torque 496? I feel like it should be the other way around. That has to be on E85.

You are not going to hit 500 RWHP with just those modifications. That has to be a crankshaft estimation.

Hmmm, we made 474/445rw on 93 with headers, my ported IM/TB, AFE CAI, in a buddies A8 C7. It was a pretty good weather day as well. I honestly think you will need E85 with a ported MSD to break 500rw in a M7 car SAE. All dyno's are different. Does it say it makes peak power at 5,380rpm?

I agree with this. The proper use of a dyno is, baseline to modded, percentage of gain is what matters. The number by itself means nothing.
