Bolt On Suggestions for 22 SS 1LE
Goal is to keep car very reliable, inspectable without taking anything off, sound even better than stock (which sounds great IMO) and give me a bump to get in the 11's.
Thoughts are Rotofab Dry, 95mm TB, MSD Manifold, secondary cat delete. They are unmetered and there are no emissions testing in Maine so as long as the welds are legit I should be good. Do you think those will get me where I want to be? Also who would you recommend I get a tune from? Any other suggestions would be great. Maybe catted long tubes.

GPI option seems like a much better deal. Their LT2 + 95MM TB kit looks great and they will even do all the work so it's bolt on ready for my lazy ass. So that plus Rotofab dry and secondary cat delete should get me in the 11's right?

11’s is easy. E85 sensor and some tires and your good. FBO on e85 gets you in the high 10’s.

No e85 even close to me. I'd have to drive 2hrs to closest station. If it becomes available near me I'm game for that 100%.

I just completed the E85, Ported Lt1 IM and Ported 87mm TB on my Lt1. Sucks you don't have E85 close because its a great mod and worth 25 plus hp at the wheels. Smells good also. Going on the dyno tomorrow (hopefully) to see what mine makes. Should be in the 440 range at the wheels.

Without e85 , probably IM, Headers, Tune. You need tires any way you look at it . FBO without E85 will get you mid to low 11’s . If you want 11.8-11.9, a tune and 17” tires should do it.

Wildhammer kit is cheap and looks easy to install. So I'd just need that and then a tune.
1. Can I run Pump Gas w/o an issue when not using E85? 2. Who's the best tuner for our cars that also tunes for E85? Regarding IM. Is the ported LT2 and 95MM TB combo from GPI the best bang for your buck? I don't mind spending $1200 for it and $450 for a Rotofab Dry if it'll give me a solid 30hp bump. Install for those look pretty easy. Headers I'm not installing myself, I'd bring to a shop so cost goes up. Suggestions for best bargain catted LTH's? Anything under $2k? Kooks are great but $2500 damn.

is the wideband really necessary for the tune? That bumped price up to almost $1200, damn.

I believe so unless of course you reverse everything you did. Just keep stock parts.

Do you mean long tube headers with a secondary cat delete and the original primary cats welded back, or simply catless (which probably won't pass the lightest handed emissions test)? As far as I recall, aftermarket shorty headers do not help, so that's out.
