For all of us 49th anniversary owners they need to make a "Panther" emblem for us to put on our cars

Please don't hate me, but I think "Panther" would have been a cooler name than "Camaro." I've always had a mental association between Camaro's looking like a pouncing panther, even before I knew anything about its preproduction code name. It suits it pretty well.

Me too. I was around and reading car magazines in those days and was excited about the impending Panther. A panther can kill a horse. the name Camaro was a bit of a let down.
