I currently own a 13RS, I am thinking about getting a 6 gen, either the ss or the lgx, no turbos please. I need to know from some owners, I've heard that the truck opening is to small to fit a bag of golf clubs? Is this true, as this would be a deal breaker for me. Can't choose between my two obsessions, golf and my Camaro. Please be serious as this could be a real problem.

really doubt golfclubs would fit. The opening is really tight and the seats would have to go down even then i'm not sure you could get a full set in there.

I have to put down the backseat in my 13 now, so I would be used to that. Has anybody actually tried, or is it obvious that it just won't work?

Lots of pictures but you will need to search as I am not a golfer. To get two sets in the back seat has to be folded down. Also the newer longer drivers need to go in the back seat not in the trunk.

Just having some fun. Clubs fit in the trunk just fine. There is another post about this with some photos. Enjoy.

I have read in more than one thread on this forum that clubs DO fit. I have not tried as I have a '17 on order. You might have to put the back seat down, not absolutely sure about that, though.

See photo. See full set of clubs fit. With exception of driver. 48" long driver is about one inch too long. I can fit the driver if I flex it,, just do not like too flex club that much when driving. So I put it in back seat.

I find it easier and less likely to break a club if you take out the woods. then you have to work them in. If you own a pro size bag, no chance.
