Best method for fixing wheel rash?

No idea when it happened but got a little rash on my wheels... I suppose most everybody does at some point.. they're matte black, so does anybody know any solid fixes? Are there places that repaint the whole wheel in quality paint (not just plastidip or something like that). Suggestions, tips and info welcome.

Every major car dealer has a guy that comes in that does mobile repair. See any good used car manager and line one of those up , shouldn't be more than a couple hundred bucks.

Good mobile wheel guy should be able to have those looking good as new for about $65-$95 per wheel....

All the best,

i would wash with dawn, light sand paper, and hit that little part with a rattle can. I can't be taking the wheel in for every scratch.

Good idea. I saw online to get about 6 diff grades of sand paper for metal from a hardware store, sand the scratched areas down starting at the roughest sand paper until the smoothest sand paper to get a nice smooth surface, then block off the rest of the wheel with tape/paper and hit the spots that were sanded with a paint that matches the wheel.. should be good to go after that..

My track wheels get hammered. I just use a Sharpie to touch them up. Seems silly, but it works, it lasts surprising long, and matches fairly well.

Google search "Atlanta wheel repair" and you'll get tons of results. Going price is about $125 for a wheel repair, including straightening and refinishing, in the DFW area.
