LS engine builders

This topic may be a little out of place but I am looking to get a general opinion of who the top LS type engine builders are out here.
I saw there is Mast motorsports and Scott Shafiroff as potental builders.
Whats your thoughts and who else would you go with ?

There is a slight possibility that I may build another custom 68 camaro with a supercharged LS engine.

Just another option in case I am not totally sold on the 2017 ZL1 if and when it comes out.

there are other forums that would be a better choice for checking this, one of them has LS1 in the url and is a TECH forum. Not sure that I can post the URL itself
