Looking at ordering and have few questions

For the longest I have been set on a 1ss with dual mode exhaust, auto transmission, and magnetic ride. I am expecting about a $1500 price jump over the 15 models.

While I am trying to get a good guesstimate on pricing ( i know its not set in stone till pricing released in next week or two) I see that the exhaust is about $1200, mag ride is nearly $4k, and auto transmission is $1775 on the 16 vette. I do know that pricing will vary a little bit between the vette in camaro. When I look at the pricing of the 2ss I see it is not much more and I drop the mag ride it would be in my budget.

Can anyone tell me what comes standard on the 2ss that is not on the 1ss as I have looked and cant really find much other than color lighting on the interior.

That's the official ordering guide. It will show you all the differences between trim levels.

On the Corvette, MRC is $3,500, but it includes bigger wheels and tires as well as a spoiler, so who knows how much it will cost for the Camaro. The Camaro already has a spoiler and bigger wheels and tires than the Corvette, so maybe it will be a lower cost stand alone option.

MRC on the Vette is $1795 as a stand alone option.

Thanks for the help the order guide is awesome. I was figuring about $2k for the mag ride on the camaro. I have never driven a vehicle with the mag ride and I am trying to figure as a daily driver would it be best to get the mag ride or all the other features.

I agree, probably at least $200 - $300 less

Differences off the top of my head:

Leather
Heated/Cooled seats
More stitching in dash/doors/arm rest (assuming)
Light spectrum in dash and doors
Lighted door sills
Heads up display
Premium audio
dual zone climate control

Probably other stuff that I have forgotten. There is a lot.
