Hey Steve Dallas, did you finish Neal Stephenson's "SevenEves" yet? NO SPOILERS, I just started it this week, really sucked me in. I like it so far.

Sure did...probably within a week (I read fast).

I liked it a lot....I saw you got Snow Crash. How did you like it? Probably a lot, since you're reading Seveneves now

I have to admit, maybe for the first time a book went over my head in regards to "SnowCrash". LOVED he writing and loved the characters, but by the end I thinks I did not get all I should have. I will re-read it.

Sounds like you enjoy his style. If I didn't already recommend Cryptonomicon and Anatham...I do so now. His content is sometimes hard to wrap your head around, he goes on interesting tangents and just generally covers a variety of subjects and mixes them all together into an awesome story. Anatham is a perfect example of that. It took me the first 1/3 of the book to even wrap my head around the "language" of the book.

I mean...what is more badass than a samurai sword wielding computer programmer that delivers pizza for the mafia. C'mon...not much, right?
