Mancave thread?
Do we have one. This can be it. Not finished yet. Concrete on the side of the steps. stone bar and fireplace, bar has concrete counter tops. The fireplace has a concrete slab weighing 400ibs. My dad did it all.

Well down here in texas near the coast, there are NO basements, as they trun into indoor swimming pools, lol. HOWEVER, I have a buddy that has turned his garage into his mancave, complete with a "BED" for his car. It looks like his car is parked in his livingroom.
