A BEAUTIFUL German just moved in to the neighborhood
(drool) It appears there's a new "supercar" in the neighborhood. Audi R8. I've now seen "her" three times passing the house.

I also caught a glimpse of one of these while I was out today. I was pulling out of an intersection, and out of the corner of my eye, I noticed the vibrant colors, and didn't pay too much notice as I thought "rice". But as I passed, I caught a better glimpse;

Jay has one!!!
I've seen several and actually ran into an Audi engineer testing one out in Westlake Village earlier this summer. Audi builds some of the best cars in the business, I might be considering the new S4 later on, it will have a Supercharged V6 with over 300bhp but I'm sure it's going to come at a price.

Unfortunately it developed a radiator leak, and in order to fix it, THE ENGINE HAD TO BE REMOVED! :eek: I was unfortunate as the car really performed exceptionally, but removing the engine for such a minor problem is ridiculous. Consequently, he traded it for a Merc' E350. |

Dang, Moose. You sure have some nice rides in your neck of the woods. Think I'll have to take a stroll out that way! Make it winter....snow on the ground...roads are nice and dry....tires are warm....and that crisp cold air just making the SS want to GO that much faster.... It would be nice.
Love both of those pix. and DerScotsman, Westlake Village? Is that by the auto mall just outside Thousand Oaks?...right off the 101? |

Yes sir!!! It's borderline to be more precise, once you cross Westlake Blvd. you're in T.O.
