I'm looking to upgrade the exhaust on my SS 1LE. Is there an aftermarket NPP equipped exhaust that's significantly louder than the stock NPP exhaust in track mode or do I need to ditch NPP to get more sound?

i have the borla atak with borla xpipe and it is loud. i also heard the corsa extreme is pretty good as well.

not sure if this helps, but i was testing my gopro and remote mics for the exhaust. you can hear the difference between casual and floored.

Corsa and Borla are both good choices with NPP. I have Corsa NPP, but did not see any significant louder exhaust notes from the stock NPP suitcase in Track mode. (This was done prior to all my mods in my signature line except the headers). If you are looking for sound only (and not any performance upgrade), just pull the fuse on the current NPP so it is loud all the time. (valves open) Much cheaper than buying aftermarket exhaust and possible x-pipe.

For loud exhaust and keeping NPP, the two best options are Borla ATAK NPP and Corsa Variable. You can save a lot of money by picking an exhaust (including these two without NPP option) if you are trying to be loud all the time. Personally I am going with AWE Touring, its my favorite sound for these cars but doesnt have NPP like you are looking for.

You could always just do a muffler delete, or MBRP if you want the loudness without breaking the bank, but again no NPP.
