Ported LT1 intake.
Entrance opened up from 87mm to 93mm.

It didn’t break through, but it was reinforced with plastic compatible 2-part epoxy to retain integrity at the snout where the material was thinned out.
I used RTV sealant at the throttle body adapter instead of the o-ring seal since the 93mm inlet diameter left very little material for the seal groove.

The intake runners were cleaned up and enlarged to match ported heads.

Many hours went into this manifold.

I ran it 15,000 miles with zero issues.

With 95mm Soler TB, ported exh manifolds, ported heads, AFE intake and E85 it put down 465/465 wheel hp/tq. 550/550 crank, STP correction, 4-5% less with SAE.
